Vintage Homemade Halloween Vest

This adorable handmade vest measures 21” from shoulder to hem and 20” across laying flat. Multi color fun images on the outside with a solid black lining. There are buttons sewn in various places on front and back for added decoration. It is an open vest style with no button hole or zippered closing. I am guessing it will fit a size L to 1X.
