I enjoy vintage items, but I also had wanted a sustainable farm so below are some books on cooking with spices. A guide to preserving food for a 12 month harvest, it includes canning, freezing, smoking, and drying making cheese, sider soap, and grinding grain getting the most from your garden. Lastly, a book on how to dry foods which was an old library book. All of these are vintage, and may have some staining or water damage and may slightly smell.
