Vintage Hot Pink Pocket Anchors and Stars Skirt

Vintage semi-pleated midi length skirt with functional pockets and buttons. Skirt is hot pink, anchors are navy, stars are white, and buttons are gold. Waist is flat in the front and elastic in the back. The tag says it's a size 8, but the waist measures approximately 27.25 inches around, unstretched. I can wear it hight on my waist at a size 6, but it would fit much more comfortably on a 4 or even a 2. Excellent condition.
