Vintage Hot Pink Sleeveless Maxi Dress

Vintage hot pink sleeveless maxi dress. Short stand up collar. Adorned with rhinestone encrusted buttons on the bodice (three are missing, please see pictures). Fitted through the bodice, more like an empire waist. Zips up the back, does have a hook, but is missing the anchor piece (could be easily replaced if you know how to sew). Unlined. Made of a slightly textured heavyweight polyester. Label is missing, but I have done some research on this dress. I believe this was originally from Montgomery Ward. Questions? Please ask!
