Vintage "Hound Dog" Salt and Pepper Shaker Set, Collectable, 1940-1950's

Adorable, 1940's to 1950'ss , teary eyed hound dog salt and pepper shakers. One of the pups is in a sitting position, approximate measurements, 5.25" long, 3.25" wide, 3.5" high. The second pup is in a playful "pouncing " position and approximate measurements are 4.74" long, 3" wide, 3" high ( all measurements are at highest, longest, widest point). New stoppers have been added, there are a couple of small spots that are void of glaze but it is obvious that they are from the original glazing process (see last photo) and they certainly do not take away from the appeal of this set. An adorable vintage set in lovely condition for it's age. Please see photos for details.
