Vintage House of Bianchi Emerald Green Dress, Taffeta, Ruffled Sleeve 80's Prom

This amazing dress is a vintage size 6 (vintage dresses run smaller than present day sizes, please see measurements), has amazing ruffled sleeves that sit slightly off the shoulder.
