Vintage House of Ming 100% Silk Fully Beaded Mini Swing 20's Dress S/M

My mother gave me this dress which she thrifted in the early 80's, so I've had it for over 35. It was old then so I have no when it was made since I wasn't able to find out any information on it. It's made from 100% black silk and has thousands of beads hand sewn all over the dress. The bead create an amazing effect when you walk and move. To me it looks like a genuine flapper style dress with the straight cut and the beads. I only wore it once with super high heels and it looked fabulous. It's a great party dress and would be amazing for New Years. The size tag on the dress is a 10 but that size doesn't apply to todays sizes so please check the measurements which I provided in the photos carefully. The mannequin is a size 4. This is a heavy substantial piece that is in very good vintage condition.
