The skirt is a women’s size 10, and the vest is a women’s size 12. Made of 100% cotton in the 1990s in the United States. Howard Wolf was big the 70s, 80s, and 90s, but I’m guessing this is 90s based on the style (but it is possible it’s from the 70s or 80s). The Western-style outfit features a blue paisley design and is perfect for a travel, rodeo, summer party, resort wear or a casual occasion. The skirt has a waist size of 27 in and stretches up to 38 inches, and a waist to hem length of 38 inches.
