Vintage Howard Wolf Red Button Down Blouse

Super fun and unique vintage Howard Wolf blouse. I am unsure of materials, but it feels like silk or a really good quality poly blend. Cool gold tone buttons No size tag, but measurements put it at approx a Med. Measurements: Length 28" with red undershirt length at 21" Bust 42" Waist 40" In great vintage condition, there is some staining at back of neck. This will probably be alleviated with a professional cleaning. Price is reflective.
