These are vintage, don’t know the date. Bought in a vintage clothing shop back east. They do not have the normal identifying Hudson tags inside. Says a Size 31 but I think it’s more like a 29 or maybe small 30. Low rise and stretch. Great distress, no rips or stains. I didn’t wear them because the rise is too low for my Mom pooch :-) measures 16” across to 18” stretched and an 8” rise
