Vintage Hudson's Bay Wool Fringed Scarf Coat of Arms

Great piece for a Hudson's Bay collector. I don't know how old this scarf is--I couldn't find any reference of it online in my research. It's a large 100% wool woven scarf featuring the Hudson's Bay Coat of Arms. Pro pelle cutem (a Latin phrase meaning “a pelt for a skin”) is the traditional motto of the Hudson’s Bay Company. It was adopted soon after the company received its charter in 1670 and has remained on the HBC coat of arms, apart from a brief period of rebranding between 2002 and 2013. This scarf is in used condition and has multiple runs in it. The label has come undone on one side. It is being sold as is. The wear adds to the character and doesn't take away from the design or the quality of the piece--it can still be worn or displayed. Each side features one of the 4 colors of the original Hudson's Bay point blanket.
