Vintage Huey Waltzer for Saks Fifth Avenue Velvet Tunic

Incredible vintage piece straight out of the 80's! This is a long velvet tunic from designer Huey Waltzer sold through classic department store Saks Fifth Avenue. It has shoulder pads and large rhinestone buttons. As usual with velvet, this garment might attract some dust, so please keep that in mind. Please let me know if you would like measurements!
