Vintage Huge Cocktail Brooch Swarovski Crystals Martini Glass Iconic 1970s

Iconic brooch from the 1970s and this brooch is huge! Oversized.   Silver tone metal filled with  swarovski crystal rhinestones.  Tall pieces sticking out the top represent bubbles Some glue has darkened especially on the stem This is unsigned but presume to be Butler and Wilson.  See the photos for condition and size.
