Vintage Hugs and Kisses Green Velvet Girls Dress

Great used condition for age, couple small spots on front where it looks like the velvet is rubbed (see pics for close up), not really noticeable when on due to the pleats. This is a size 4t but with vintage sizing I feel like it runs small in length and worked better for 2-3t but I've included measurements for reference so you can make sure it would work for your little. The model pictured is 2 years old. Perfect for the holidays! Made in USA Circa from the 90's
