Vintage ILGWU Draped Neck Dress

Light blue, floor length dress with an embellished waist. Interior bodice is a V cut with a zipper closure on the back. Sheer, draped overlay on the bodice with a tie closure on the back of the neck. Ruching on the shoulders. There are snaps and clasp closures to keep the zipper covered. Dress is fully lined. It's in great condition. This is such a beautiful dress! Size 10 (vtg sizing).
