Vintage ILGWU midi fit and flare pleated dress

Size XS Brand Int. Ladies Garment Workers Union A cute black and purple dress with a floral print in pops of red and white. The fabric content is 100% polyester and I believe the pattern is printed, not woven. There is a keyhole with button at the back of the neckline and the waist is elastic as the dress is pulled over.
