This vintage book done in 1930 is filled with color illustrations and brief descriptions of ships through the times. Starts with the days of The Egyptians and goes to an early aircraft carrier. Since this book was published in 1930, there will be no illustrations of any types of ships past that date, making this interesting to have in your collection. Very nice addition to your nautical home decor. The binding is a few staples which could carefully be removed and if wished frame and hang on wall as a decor option. Book measures 12 3/8 x 9. The title font is done in the style of Art Deco. As with any old book there are some condition issues. There is a white surface mark on cover where a price tag may have been, there is wear along the stapled binding and minor wear on page corners. No tears or handwriting. From a smoke free home.
