Vintage Ilse M. Dress 50's Style Polka Dot Belted

40's - 50's style (made in 70's - 80's ??) I wasn't able to find much info on Ilse M.. It does have surged shoulder pads that have the foam inside, making it a newer item. (still vintage) Wonderful green with white polka dots dress. In good condition Wear expected with age of the garment. Large front pockets, white buttons & a white and polka dot belt really set this dress off.
