Vintage Imperial brand pocket knife key holder

This is a vintage pearlized handle single blade pocketknife from Imperial. I’m not sure of the specific age. There’s a few rust spots on the blade. Rust spot at base of blade covers majority of the maker’s mark; however, I am able to see the first few letters (impe). I found similar items when I searched “Imperial pocket knife “. Those items were listed as 1950-1960 vintage. I don’t remember where I got this but it’s been sitting in my jewelry box for a long time. Description and measurements per photos. The blade, which is stainless steel and made in USA, is still sharp so use caution when handling it. The pearl-type handle is intact. No cracks nor chips noted. There had been a metal ring on one end of the knife, most likely used as a key ring, hence the hole in the handle. No original box. It will be carefully packed for shipping.
