Vintage Inclinations Pencil Skirt with matching fabric belt with silver square buckle Vintage unlined short skirt. Navy Blue Back 7" zipper. Front pockets. 1 1/4" belt loops sit 1/2" below top of skirt, 2 in the front, 2 in the back. 2 small pleats in front. Side seam to side seam measures 15 1/2". Hip side seam to seam measures 19.5".
