Vintage Indian Silk and Chaffon Hand Embroidered Net Cape

This is a vintage hand embroidered cape that is half chiffon and half silk. The embroidery is only on the chiffon side. It is light pink and yellow primarily with some blue embroidery. EXPOSED TO SMOKE, item does have a smoke smell. I am attempting to reduce or eliminate that smell, but there is a good chance it will still smell like smoke.
