Vintage Inspired Black Wool Floral Hat

A vintage black wool hat that I embellished to wear only on one occasion. Features ivory, rusty orange and hot pink tones and faux blooms atop a grosgrain black ribbon. Inside band 21 measures around. Brim is 3 3/4 wide and firm. By firm I mean that it is not "floppy." All in all, this hat measures 14 x 15 inches across the entire hat.
