NWOT Blue and Purple long sleeve maxi dress. Lightweight material, beautiful accordion detail and a stunning fabric print. Ties at waist- which is 11" per measurement but has quite a bit of stretch. Sleeves measure 23", and skirt portion measures 46" from waist hem. pit to pit: 17"

jeshaffer87 @spruce20 Hi! Thanks for you questions. I see now how the title can be misleading (I have since changed it), but the dress is retro style, not true retro/vintage. It was purchased from a boutique in San Francisco. The material is 100% polyester. No lining, but it's also not see-through in any light that I can see. Hope this helps!

jeshaffer87 @vin27 the pit to pit on that is 17.5/18". I think, depending on your build it would fit a 32b nicely, because the "v" of the neck isn't dramatically low and the stretchy underbust can go pretty small.
