Vintage Inspired Party Dress

Super cute black and white polka dot halter party dress. There is a built in slip with tulle at the bottom. Comfortable and classy! It's a juniors size 7, I wear between a 4-6 usually and it fits me perfectly. The halter neck makes me think it would fit a few sizes above or below that as well. In gently used condition, I snipped out the elastic straps for the the hanger on the inside because they bugged me when I wore it. Truly a beautiful piece, let me know if you have questions!
