Vintage Inspired Pleated NYC Skyline Statue of Liberty Skirt with Pockets 16-18

This is a great skirt but doesn't look good on me. The 3XL is more appropriate for a size 16-18 rather than a true 3XL. This has two pockets that are camouflaged well in the pleats. The skirt material is thick cotton feel. There is no tag so I'm not sure.It looks exactly like the photos but is just not a flattering silhouette on me. I only tried it on once but never wore it.
