Paul Costelloe made in Ireland vintage wool tweed herringbone pencil skirt. -Slight flare at bottom and double center pleat in back. -Fully lined, side zip and button closure. -Two very small areas toward bottom hemline where the wool weave has separated but unnoticeable when worn. -No size tag but seems to fit like a small - please see measurements for best fit.
