Vintage Irish Linen Damask Tablecloth, 66 by 102 in Rectangular

This beautiful tablecloth belonged to the wife of an army officer stationed at the Presidio in San Francisco during the 1930s. Seldom used, the linen is in excellent condition with just one stain that is barely perceptible (see photo) and is less than 1 mm in size. The cloth is woven Irish damask linen with a rose design (see photo) and has cut work borders and mitered hemmed corners (see photo). The cloth is rectangular but is displayed on an oval table in photos. Measures 66 in wide, 102 in long. Perfect for those special occasion dinners.
