Vintage 100% Cotton Issey Miykae Plantation Dress - Black with a blue/brown and small red stitching underskirt. This dress is extremely versatile - can be worn several different ways - the main part of the dress is a heavy woven black cotton with an abundent cowl neck lined in the same fabric as the underskirt. There are buttons on each side of the skirt that can be worn open or closed. If worn open there are pockets on the underskirt. It is a size Medium but is oversized. The sleeves can be worn down or turned back - again exposing the fabric as the underskirt.
