Beautiful vintage navy blue and white polka dot blouse with lace trim by Italian Dressing Co. the size tag has worn off, but this fits like a women’s small. The lace details around the collar & shoulders along with the sweet tie/bow at neck give this blouse that little bit of extra. Material is thin and can be see through.
