Vintage Italian Luisa Spagnoli cotton khaki tan double breasted Trench Dress 46 Such a cool vintage double breasted cotton tan trench dress by female Italian designer Luisa Spagnoli. Made of a crisp, lighter weight cotton poplin. Purchased at vintage shop in Italy. Two functional front side pockets, top breast pocket is not. A few small marks all noted (see photos). They do not detract overall from this wonderful piece in my opinion, but noted for transparency. May be able to be spot cleaned, have not tried. In great vintage condition otherwise. Could fit small to large depending on desire of fit. See measurements below. Labeled size 46 Freshly laundered on cold using scent-free detergent, line dried. Smoke-free home.
