Vintage Italian 925 silver chain and Marquis cut purple gemstone, (? amethyst) filigree pendant necklace. Chain measures approximately 20"L, stamped AZ Italy 925, pendant has a stamp but I am unable to read it. 🌟Necklace is vintage and may show signs of wear, consistent with age.
