As shown in pictures, this floral dress has a drop waist base with a front tie pullover top. There are no size tags, so measurements are included. Made in USA by Items. Underarm to underarm about 19" Shoulder to bottom hem about 43" These are measurements for under dress. The over top is very rooming with shoulder pads. Please reach out if you have any questions.
