What an absolutely gorgeous dress it says medium, but it looks small to me. Can you tell me waste bust and hip measurements and if there is any stretch, it doesn't look like there is thank you so much.

Hi there so I saw this dress again I just love it. It's absolutely gorgeous and I have a wedding coming up and this is actually the color scheme so here is my next question. I've actually lost a good deal of weight. I have to take my measurements but I think my waist is probably , 30 inches right now. Is there any ability to alter the dress? Is there any play in the seams on both the hips bust and I guess waste
