PRE OWNED. Vintage. Gorgeous Cobalt Blue Sequin Dress features a faux fold over design at bust and waist. Long sleeves and a zipper in back. Small slit in back. Shoulder pads that can be carefully removed if wanted too. Elegant and classy. Dress is in good vintage condition with some Loose sequins. I do not know how to fix them so price reflects these flaws. Approximately 36-38" bust 43" long
