Vintage J Renee yellow eelskin/snakeskin clutch, made in Hong Kong, UK snao

This gorgeous buttercream yellow J. Renee clutch in eelskin or snakeskin (I suspect the former but can't be entirely sure) is quite a bold and eye-catching accessory. It's also "the real deal"--today's J. Renee "reptile print" clutches are made from synthetic materials. It harkens back to the day when the manufacturing was done in Hong Kong, and the magnetic snap fitting is stamped with a "U.K." patent number. The interior is in quite good shape, with no rips or gouges in the smooth lining, and the zipper compartment is clean and fit as well. It is missing its original optional shoulder strap, but at this size--a full 12 inches wide and 8 inches tall--it seems most suitable as a hand-carry bag
