A unique dual style maxi dress. Outer layer had a floral print and interior layer is polka dot. Has a vest vibe connecting in the front. Mother of pearl buttons down the front. Has shoulder pads. Slight smocking in back of waist for added definition. Vintage, from the 90’s in great condition. Size: 14 Shoulder to hem: 47” Pit to pit: 20” Waist: 17”
