Vintage J.B.S Sheer Blue/Green Ruffled Dress w Short Sleeves & Tie Belt in Sz 10

Pretty floral design dress in navy blue, green and white. Ruffles around the neckline and quite low so you may want to pin it. The ruffles do fall where the opening is though. Fit and flare design with a ruffle at the bottom. The dress falls to just below the knee.Pretty romantic feel to the dress. It is a vintage dress and does have lightly padded shoulders. Short sleeves with a little button covered in material on the end. Please see the photos. A matching belt comes with the dress and is detachable. The dress is in size 10. Polyester made. A zipper is found on the side of the dress so it is not as noticeable. Measures approx as follows: Chest, armpit to armpit, 19-20" Waist 34" Length 46"
