Vintage JC Penney 3T Pea Coat Pink Pearl Buttons

Adorable special occasion pea coat for a size 3T. Nice and light with cute lace. The inside is a shiny silky material. The back measures 19.75 in from top of collar to the bottom. There is a little “rip” in the fabric at the bottom of the front hem and another spot on the end of the right sleeve. Not very noticeable but want to mention. And the back has almost a splatter of little black dots. No idea what they are. Not sure when it got on there. But again, not noticeable especially when being worn. Adorable coat and Perfect for Easter!!!
