Vintage JC Penny “LoungeWear” Dress

Vintage red, black and white JCPenney‘s loungewear. Top and skirt are connected. The elasticity is gone from the sleeves at the bottom. But generally in pretty good condition for its age. Was a size 10, but a size 10 back then was much smaller than now. Measurements are in the photos.
