Vintage JCPenney late 60s/early 70s floral tiered dress with pink ribbons

Pristine vintage late 1960s or early 1970s JCPenney dress. No size listed on tags but appears to be a small. Measurements are taken lying flat, but the dress does have elastic to allow for some deviation from those measurements. There are no signs of wear or use- she is perfectly preserved!
