Vintage JCPenney sz S? navy blue long sleeve dress with a white peter pan collar, midi length. Size and material tags not present. Assumed to be size small. Back zipper and hook/eye closure. Assumed to be polyester or polyester blend. Three faux buttons on dress front. Comes with belt, but no belt loops. The "eye" of the hook/eye closure is missing. Some pilling is present.
