Vintage JCPenny Tie-halter Dress Smocked Top - WOW! No sizing but VOLUP

This is a gem! No issues but no size label. Provided measurements. It is large on top (DD plus) with the elasticity and smocking. Great shape, no issues and wow no one will be wearing this.
