Vintage JESSICA HOWARD Herringbone Victorian Dress with Black Velvet Details

Vintage Jessica Howard long sleeve dress in a herringbone fabric with velvet details. Fabric is two shades of purple, with black pebble dots, black outlines, and green paisley/fleur de lis/leafy motifs all over. The very bottom of the dress has a different design around just the bottom. Also has a self fabric waist tie, black velvet mandarin collar and black velvet buttons down the front top half, and a pleated bottom half. Unlined. Label says fabric is 100% rayon, size 10. Based on bust measurement, this is best for a size Medium. 36" bust 34" waist (can be tied smaller) 49" length
