Vintage Based on Tags. Missing Fabric Tag but Feels Like Cotton. Has stretch, can be worn open or closed at waist. While the measurements point to a medium or large, I can get it closed at a size XL, but I think it will look better a bit more oversized. Approximate Measurements: Pit to pit: 19" Length: 20"
