Vintage JR Bently Dress w/ Attached Tie-in-the-back Blue Checkered Vest, Size 12

Another one of my mom's vintage dresses! The tag says it is a size twelve but see the photos for pit to pit, and waist seam measurements. The blue check and floral printed vest is attached to the front of the dress and ties in the back. It is a very flattering dress that is ankle length. The main body of the dress is navy and white houndstooth print. The vest is gingham print with a floral overlay of screen printed flowers.
