Vintage JR Chenille Carpet bag

This bag is amazing. It was always one of my favorites, its just spectacular irl. A nice large roomy size, the shape and drape of it, along with the fabulous colors, just shines. The tortoise element to the handle adds texture and dimension too. The colors tho — vibrant and amazing. In just incredible condition given its age. I would date this to the late 60s period. Underneath the handle there is some goldtone loss, and a brownish mark in the interior i never tried to remove. The chenille is lush and the colors bright and vibrant. This bag just screams boho chic! And will elevate every outfit its paired with.
