Vintage Jack Mulqueen New York Women’s Pants Stirrup Pleated Front Navy Designer

Pre-loved but hardly worn and in excellent condition except for a bit of pilling on the bottom that can easily be removed with a sweater shaver. No material or size tag so please see measurements. Likely fits a size 26 waist. Lighting was a bit off but this is a dark navy/royal blue.
