Vintage Jaclyn T White Short Sleeve Blouse with Floral Faux Vest

Vintage 90s Jaclyn T blouse with faux vest with white bib underneath for a pseudo layered look. Size small. Overall very good vintage condition with some minor fabric dye bleed in back (see pictures). It has a tie in the back for adjusting the fit and shoulder pads.
