Vintage Jacquard oriental top and skirt set. Size small.

Beautiful blue an green jaquard fabric. Top and skirt. No tags, possibly handmade? Size small. Chest 18.5 inches pit to pit. Top length shoulder to edge 22 inches. Skirt waist and hips adjustable (see image of detail) I admit it looks a bit weird with the big hole in the skirt. Not sure how you cover this when wearing it. Skirt length 24 inches.
