Vintage Cloche Hat Black Felted Wool with Wide Grosgrain Ribbon This hat is likely from the 1940's-1950's, based on research and who I got it from. It has had one owner and been maintained in wonderful condition. It is soft and fluffy. The inner measurement is approximate and I tried to be very accurate. I didn't want to put pins all along the inside. I used my fingers to make sure it was in the right place before inserting a pin. I have an average size head and it fits me fine. The brand is Jaguar with an inner tag of Amy New York. It also has a G.Fox & Co retailer tag from Hartford, CT.
